ANTOINE ARVIS

PRESIDENT

After a number of years spent in advertising working with major brands (Peugeot, SFR, Nike, Eurostar, BforBank, SNCF, Bouygues, Accor), Antoine Arvis joined the world of hospitality and created Madeho, thus continuing the family hospitality adventure initiated by his grandfather in 1968 and his father in 1990.

BENOIT COMYN

GENERAL DIRECTOR

His career path has taken him to work with both family-owned and international groups. The human being remains at the center of his concerns, the key to success in a service industry like ours. Leading a team means above all accompanying and training them to move forward together. He will join the Madeho Group in 2023 as General Manager.
 

THOMAS KIEFER

INVESTMENT DIRECTOR

After 6 years with the real estate fund management company Victoires Haussmann and several years with banks and investment funds, Thomas Kiefer joins the Madeho team to manage and develop the group's investment activity.

EMMANUEL GOUDOT

MARKETING DIRECTOR

From New York to the Etangs de Corot hotel, which he managed for 4 years, via Alpe d'Huez and St Barth, Emmanuel brings to Madeho his expertise in the luxury hospitality industry and the restaurant business on all projects.

EMMA GUBBIOTTI

DIGITAL MARKETING AND OPERATIONS MANAGER

With a Bachelor of Hotel Management specializing in Luxury & Business from the School of Savignac and an MSc in Marketing & Brand Management from INSEEC Bordeaux, Emma seamlessly continued her career in the hospitality industry. She spent two impressive years as Marketing Project Manager at Inwood Hotels before joining Madeho in 2024 as Digital Marketing and Operations Manager.

CARLA BOUNIOL

MARKETING OFFICER

Currently studying for a Master 2 in Vision and Marketing Strategy, at Montpellier Business School, Carla joins Madeho for a year's work-study in the Marketing department. Drawing on her experience in several hotel establishments in France and abroad, notably in Bali, she has joined the Madeho team while continuing her training.

GUILHEM LEMAITRE

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Guilhem started his career in the hospitality industry at the age of 24 after studying Tourism Management. He took over the management and opening of hotels at Louvre Hôtels, Honotel and then Schroders. As an operations expert, Guilhem supports the hotel managers on a daily basis and coordinates the monitoring of operational projects and works.

CLAIRE ROCHON

DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Claire began her career in the hotel industry while completing a general business degree at NEOMA Business School. Claire developed a 360° experience in Operations, from Parisian palaces to youth hostels, through Accor and Pierre & Vacances. After 7 years abroad (Spain, USA, UK), Claire came back to France and joined Madeho in 2022 as Deputy Director of Operations.

LUCILE ADROIT

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Lucile holds a Master's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the International School of Savignac. After several internships in different hotel groups, including Madeho in 2020, Lucile will join us in early 2022 as Operations Project Manager, before becoming Operations Manager.

OCÉANE LAYAHE

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MANAGER

Graduated in hotel management from FERRANDI, Océane gained experience in several luxury hotels. She then worked for 6 months at a franchise consulting firm and 6 months as an operations management assistant at Madeho. She eventually joined us full-time as Customer Satisfaction Manager.

AUDREY FIAMMA

HUMAN RESOURCES AND CSR DIRECTOR

With IAE Bordeaux human resources training, Audrey started her career at the Mandarin Oriental Group. After discovering the world of retail, she took a position in human resources at the Renaissance Hotel Paris Vendôme*****. She joined Madeho in April 2020 as Human Resources & CSR Director.

LOUISE COTÉ

HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Graduated from ESC Troyes and INSEEC Lyon, began her journey with operational internships at Accor and Chateauform. After joining Pavillon Ledoyen, she embarked on an international journey to South Korea. In 2024, she joined Madeho as Human Resources Officer.

LOUISE COURONNE

HEAD OF ADMINISTRATIVE & FINANCE

With an MBA in hotel management, Louise worked as a management controller in the finance department of Honotel in 2012. She joined Madeho as Head of Administration and Finance in 2016.

ILYESS MKHARBECH

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Graduated from ESG with an MBA in Hospitality Management, he began his career as administrative and financial manager at Pavillon du lac. He has since joined our team as Financial Controller.

EMMANUEL KERRIEN

SALES DIRECTOR

With a graduate education and a rich career in the hospitality sector both in France and in Great Britain, Emmanuel has also worked for some 4* and 5* Parisian hotels gaining valuable experience from a number of Independent hotels and Prestige groups such as the Four Seasons Hotels. Emmanuel took the post of Operations Director at the Etoile Saint-Honoré Hotel in 2017 and went on to join Madeho in 2019 in the role of Commercial Director.

ADRIEN PRIME

REVENUE MANAGER

With an MBA in International Hotel Management from Vatel, Adrien has acquired significant experience in the hotel and restaurant sector, holding a variety of operational positions. He has worked in a number of establishments, including the Hotel Martinez in Cannes. After completing his studies, Adrien joined a hotel group in Paris as a Multi-Hotel Revenue Manager. Thanks to these experiences, he finally chose to continue at Madeho, as Revenue Manager.
